Orders within Australia

  • Standard Shipping
    • Under $50 (Product Total Only, after Discounts) - $10.00
    • Over $50 (Product Total Only, after Discounts) - Free
    • All Standard Orders are usually delivered between 2 to 8 Business Days. However, please check Australia Post Delivery Timeframes for accurate and up to date guidance (Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays are not regarded as business days)
  • Express Shipping
    • All orders - Flat Rate $15
    • All Express Orders are usually delivered between 1 to 3 Business Days. However, please check Australia Post Delivery Timeframes for accurate and up to date guidance (Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays are not regarded as business days)
  • If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Orders Internationally

  • We currently do not ship to overseas locations
  • If you do wish to order from overseas - please contact us and we will help you place an order

Tracking the order

Once your order is shipped, the Tracking Number and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the Tracking Number shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Delivery

Within Australia, we ship through a courier partner. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the postal code. This will help us to ensure smooth delivery of your order.
